Refund policy

SHIPPING POLICY – BETOSTORE

Effective date: April 2026

1. Order processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days, Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery timeline
Standard delivery: 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation, within our delivery zones in Abidjan CI , and from 48hours to 5 days for Accra, Ghana.

3. Delivery coverage
We currently deliver to Accra and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside our standard zones, please contact us at support@betostore.africa before placing your order.

4. Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS with your delivery details and estimated arrival time.

6. Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our team will contact you to reschedule. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional fee.
